Distraction.

Alhamdulillah. I'm feeling better this past months. I've found some things to distract all the negative thinking in me.

My husband haven't go for OPS since last July (it has been 7 months, the longest I've been in home with him). I found my self less-depressed when he's around.

Thats make my husband is my first distraction.

Second, Subuh prayer & Al-Quran.
For your soul & peace, insha-Allah.
Third is, Netflix or other movies platform. Watching movies is a solution to distract yourself.
Forth, some puzzle books / drawing blocks.
This is for now.
